Oasis West is a quiet well kept property conveniently located a short distance from town.  My family and I have been staying there in a short term space with full hook ups.  They have a convenient laundry room open all day a nice big pool. That my kids have been enjoying during these hot summer days.  It is very quiet with nice friendly neighbors.  Pet friendly.  We have enjoyed our stay there every single day.  The best part is weather you are short term guest or a long term resident the have really good rates.  The staff here is very friendly and accommodating.  We are here for work and sometimes go home for the weekend.  The property is safe and secure and I can confidently leave and comeback and know that when I comeback my RV is looked after by the neighbors and staff alike.  It feels like a second home.  If I could give more than five stars I would. Prior to arriving here I was staying at the local hotels in town.  If you're a light sleeper...good luck.  I went to three properties before coming to Oasis West.  There was always someone scurrying about late night.  Definitely recomend

We had a wonderful overnight stay at this RV park while traveling to the Bay Area with our family, and it was exactly what we needed. The park was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a long day on the road. A special thank you to Nicole, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made a big difference in our experience. We highly recommend this RV park to anyone looking for a comfortable, family friendly stopover. I am a current resident at Oasis West and I just witnessed this traumatic event today, I personally witnessed a very serious and concerning incident involving a former resident who had previously been removed for violating park regulations. While on or near the property, this individual drove in an aggressively and unsafe manner that forced the manager off the road. It was alarming to watch and completely inappropriate behavior in a residential community. Situations like this highlight why management must enforce the rules that are outlined in every resident’s agreement. From what I observed, the manager remained professional despite being put in a dangerous and stressful position! It is frustrating to see some individuals refuse to take accountability for their own violations and instead attempt to create conflict or spread misleading narratives afterward.I am sharing this because I witnessed it firsthand and believe context matters when people read the recent negative reviews. No one deserves to be put in a traumatic or dangerous situation simply for doing their job and enforcing clearly stated rules. It’s upsetting that this escalated because someone refused to take accountability for their actions. As a current resident, I feel the need to address the negative claims circulating, which I find to be entirely without merit. I stand in strong disagreement with these assertions. The management team is consistently available in the office during all posted business hours, providing reliable accessibility for residents. Furthermore, they conduct regular patrols throughout the park, ensuring that standards are maintained and that the community remains well-cared for. In fact, the management is so accessible that most residents even have Nicole, the manager's direct line, allowing for immediate and direct communication when needed. It's worth noting that the community rules are straightforward and easy to adhere to; therefore, those who are spreading misinformation must have significantly violated these rules to warrant such negative feedback. In closing, I extend my sincere appreciation to Oasis West for their unwavering dedication, genuine care, and overall kindness towards our community. I was a recent short-stay resident at Oasis West Rv Park recently with my family and I know their team works hard every day to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both overnight guests and long-term residents. So the Allegations of staff being “extremely rude” are completely false. The reality is that management consistently goes above and beyond for residents and overnight guests alike. It is very disappointing to see negative claims presented in a way that suggests ongoing issues when records and on-site practices tell a very different story. The rules and regulations of the park are simple and are every day common sense courtesy. It is unfortunate that some online comments appear designed to misrepresent the park and, in some cases, have escalated into personal remarks involving management and their families sadly. It is both inappropriate and unfair to involve minors in public reviews about a business. The children mentioned are not staff members and have no role in park operations. Bringing them into online criticism crosses a line and contributes to the pattern of harassment I have unfortunately been seeing. Oasis west Rv Park is nothing but the best and the management and staff have been nothing but kind and helpful during me and my family’s stay and I WILL be visiting again soon. Thanks to Nicole and the staff of Oasis West, this experience has been nothing but the best! (And corporate can go ahead and verify my identity and association if needed. I've been a resident here for quite some time, and I can honestly say I've never experienced any mistreatment or poor service from the management. On the contrary, they've always been helpful and reassuring whenever I've had a concern. We had a short stay at Oasis West RV park and had no issues at all. Even though it’s located right off the highway, we didn’t hear a single car at night, which was a pleasant surprise. We arrived late at night, but Maria provided clear instructions for self check-in and was really helpful in answering our questions. We would book again if we’re in the area.

I don’t have any complaints about our stay here I love the spot we have and no big issues so far. My main concern would be maybe the playground a little better maintained the one play equipment looks like it’s leaning and could eventually fall over and there is spider webs all over it. Overall that’s about all I can say could use a little more attention. I really enjoy living here. My experience on day one is there stellar customer service. I love the fact that there’s plenty of shaded spaces here. The community pool, barbecue, laundry area are always available and clean. There are more more options to enjoy on this property . I wouldn’t hesitate to Refer friends to stop by. I’m from British Columbia and needed propane for my RV. Since we usually fill up at gas stations, I had a hard time finding one that could accommodate an RV. I was directed to Oasis RV Park and I’m so glad I was! The lovely ladies there went above and beyond to help me out. I’ve lived here for about nine months now and while being here I can say this is a great safe community, great service especially from the park manager Nicole, everyone is friendly and looks out for one another. Everyone especially the office team is always ready to help with any concerns, while also being here I’ve notice great improvements within the parks activities like the pool area and the dog park I can honestly say that Oasis West Rv park is a place where you are safe and welcomed and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to come as a overnight guest or long term resident!

Let me start this review off proper. The manager (Nicole) in the office is BY FAR the best office lady at any RV park in California. She was very generous, helpful and accommodating when it came to helping us get in our site. We had a problem after hours and she was very accommodating with helping us. I’ve been coming to this same exact rv park for multiple years throughout different ownerships and Oasis West has ran this park better than every other previous owner. (Including KOA) The park is very clean, good spaces, new electrical boxes which is a very nice ease at mind. Pool looks awesome, full court basketball court and a playground with our kids. Although options are limited for RV parks in the area, this is by far the best one and in my honest opinion it’s due to the management by Nicole in the office. I was traveling through the area and I needed propane tanks filled on two occasions. I went to this RV Park and they were more than accommodating. Dave, the employee who fills the tanks is easy going and professional. When I went inside to pay, I met Nicole the manager during each stop. Nicole is nice and friendly, and professional. This is a quick and friendly place to get your tanks filled while on the road. It’s right off of SR33 as you enter Santa Nella. I’ve been here 6 months now. Nicole the office manager and David (maintenance) are so helpful! I mean above and beyond!! They truly care about this park and its tenants. Being a single mom, I really appreciate how they both have gone out of their way to make me feel safe and let me know that I can count on them if I need anything. This park is great!! I recommend it to everyone. David is such a hard worker and helped me when I was locked out. Nicole listens to the tenants and addresses all concerns (which there aren’t many).
